After 10 editions, the GIANT Junior Ambassadors have changed the event format and made it more hands-on:
- A general talk and panel on industry career prospects for doctors
- More workshops: 3 one-hour sessions of practical (LinkedIn, CV & job search tools, preparing an interview, work and residence permits in France…) or industry specific workshops
- A speed-meeting session at lunch with doctors working in industry/startups
- An Instagram contest to showcase you skills!

Expert panel Bérénice Kimpe, ABG Bérénice Kimpe is in charge of international development and EU-projects at ABG-Association Bernard Gregory, which works to promote the career development of PhD-holders, the innovative capacities of businesses, and to capture the value of skills acquired through training in research. Jean-Baptiste Albertini, CEA Jean-Baptiste Albertini has worked in public research and administration, but also in industry, both as a PhD fellow at Télémécanique Electrique (now Schneider Electric) and as a founder and CEO of Alditech. He has recruited professionals from large and small companies alike, and he will offer insights on how work environments and job markets can differ. Franck Badets, CEA Carine Sebi, Grenoble EM Carine Sebi is Assistant Professor and member of the energy management team at GEM, where she leverages and disseminates research projects in close relation with energy stakeholders. She is specialised in energy efficiency policy evaluation and global energy trends. She is currently analysing the local energy communities and the ongoing synergies between energy grids.
